The first 2 weeks at Amal Academy
“Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably the reason, so few engage in it.”
The first two weeks were very hard as most of it spend in thinking about those questions which are very difficult to answer, questions like finding your why. Easy to read but difficult to answer however it ignites a spark inside of me, and I starts to feel uncomfortable which is good because it indicates that I am stepping out of my comfort zone, and starts to grow like the plant in picture, the journey of self-development has been started.
At the beginning of this journey, I must admit that I was a lazy person, and do not wants to think out of the box, thanks to my teachers at Amal who makes me aware with growing mindset and many other brilliant concepts. I feel like I have much more to share and most importantly I have understand the proper manner to share our thoughts as we all know no matter how noble your idea is, it must be present in proper way.
As I have mentioned first two weeks were full of thinking and I have learned so many things like importance of purpose in life and proper planning with SMART goals, value system and how it effects our life cycle, effectiveness of teamwork and importance of teamwork skills, new to me was video intro first ever in my life and I enjoy it a lot.
Most of the time what you have learn from an experience is better understand with feedback you get after it, In my understanding I have learn Teamwork, my communication improves personal as well as professional but as I said others can better judge therefore I am going to share a text from one of my fellow.
