Just Start Your Goal
I am kind of person who try to see in his future or desire it get black out nothing really came into my mind this is the main reason I join the Amal Academy to gain help for career planning.
After just three week my decision to join was worth and now I have some methods by which I can make goal especially short-term ones.
During Project Work we encounter with an activity to develop goal and then make them smart no matter they are short term or long term.
These are the following step we followed to make our goal SMART.

I would like to discuss of my goal
Goal
I will learn how stock trading works in Pakistan and involved in it within 3 months. I will do this by taking tips from my father and uncle who are already in this business. I also open my account in CDC for proceed my goal and put it in next phase of action.
Reason
I want to earn capital amount for my maintenance firm business and stock market has the highest potential to fulfill my aim, it also provides facility to earn from my home.
Experience
While working on my goal I have to face some minor difficulties like I have no idea about stocks when I ask from my father he ask me to have a look in PSX website where I found all details about the key factor of this business but they were hard to understand due to my engineering background I have no idea about the terminologies. As time passes, I increase my research circle and start study deep about the terms during this time my uncle help me a lot to understand things properly. After gaining all the necessary information I go back to my father tell him whatever I learn he said, “was it simple as it looks”. The lesson I learn from this experience was hardworking is require no matter what kind of business you are in whether it runs from home or office, you should not be lazy if you want to achieve something in your life.
