DEVELOP A MAINTENANCE FIRM FOR HOUSES

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Due to a huge communication gap between workers like Electrician, Plumber and painter and there recruiter it often became very difficult for common person to find them whenever they need.

SOLUTION

A platform which bring both end on one page, how this will happen the maintenance firm will hire of contracted multiple workers from different field like mention above, then whenever someone need them they can just call and firm will arrange someone to get the job done.

GROUND REALITIES

When I share this idea with my friend they said it will be difficult to bring all these worker from different field and keep them intact on one page.

When share it with people around they respond like it is a very good idea we suffer so much whenever we need these worker for either major or minor work it will be better if you create platform where we communicate.

when share with different field persons I was given diverse responses some of them said its a great idea others said no one will be bound under your firm because they like to work independently.

PROPOSED IDEA

A maintenance firm will be develop which engage both the customers and worker, we have at least one or two worker connected with us for every area in city. Whenever we received a call from customer he tells us about his/her requirement of work according to given information we contact worker of that area, he solve the issue and charge accordingly.

HOW WE SURVIVE

When ever worker complete his work and charge a small share of payment will be send to us through easy paisa or jazz cash for our services.

Initially all these workers are not paid employee of this firm they are connected through contract which state we will bring work to you for that we will charge small share although you are not bound to work independently.

IMPACT IT CREATE

first of all it became easy for everybody to find worker even for those who cannot reach to them like handicap people, elder people, women. All they need to do is to make a call and everything will be arranged.

FUTURE APPROACH

When Firm has resources we hire all these worker they became our employee after that amount charge for there work will be subjected to firm they don't have right to ask for payment on there own.

we will also develop either helpline or app to connect with customer more easily, this will also be used for locating our worker some how same as uber or careem app with one difference customers will be able to locate worker on firm can.
